Abbiati JV Agreement

The Board of Directors of Dreamgate Corporation Bhd. ("DCB") is pleased to inform that DCB had on March 11, 2008 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Giorgio Abbiati, an Italian to formalize their partnership in RGB Abbiati Pte. Ltd. ("RGBA"), a company incorporated in Singapore under the Singapore Companies Act (Cap 50).

Amongst others, the principal activities of RGBA are:

(i) Sale and marketing, and
(ii) manufacturing of casino equipment and accessories in the Asian region.
