Shuffle Master Distributor Agreement Annoucement

The Board of Directors of Dreamgate Corporation Bhd. ("DCB") is pleased to announce that CDI Corporation Sdn Bhd ("CDI") and RGB Abbiati Pte Ltd ("RGBA"), a subsidiary of DCB and an associate company respectively have signed Distributorship Agreements with Shuffle Master Asia Limited of Macau on 5 May 2008. RGBA and CDI distributorship will cover the Asian market in Cambodia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Indonesia, Laos, Brunei, India and Myanmar for a period of three years effective 5 May 2008.

Steven Lim, Group Sales & Marketing Director of DCB, is pleased with the appointment and looking forward to working with Shuffle Master.
